Milagros Domínguez brings more than ten years of nail care experience, a passion for personalized service, and the determination that has shaped her journey as a woman, immigrant, business owner, mother, and wife.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, she moved to Pennsylvania in February 2021 after working for more than five years as a nail technician. Committed to continuing her professional growth, she graduated from The Beauty Institute in Whitehall and earned her Pennsylvania Nail Technician License.
In 2024, she founded Miladomi Nail Salon at Allentown Salon Suites, creating a welcoming space where clients throughout the Lehigh Valley receive attentive, individualized care.
Her dedication to cosmetic foot care inspired Rejuvenation Pedicure by Miladomi, a twelve-step service featuring professional Footlogix products, designed to leave women’s and men’s feet feeling softer, refreshed, and beautifully cared for.
